Will Paramedical Micropigmentation (PMP) permanently remove my scars and stretch marks?
Unfortunately, permanent removal of scars and stretch marks would require surgery and removal of skin. Scar and stretch mark camouflage helps to diminish the appearance of the marks by removing the white contrast of your scarring. This approach makes them less perceptible to the naked eye.
Can you treat all scars and stretch marks?
Typically, yes. However, your scars and stretch marks must be at least two years old, lighter than your skin tone, and healed. Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding are not candidates for these treatment options until their scars have healed and they have finished breastfeeding.

Is the procedure painful?
Most clients feel minimal discomfort during the procedure. Similar to a tattoo, we use a needle gun to insert a blend of natural organic oils and pigment into the skin however, the needles do not penetrate as deep as a tattoo gun.
How soon will I notice results?
In the first 72 hours, you will notice redness and swelling in the treated area(s). You will need to keep the area clean and free from sweat, dirt, and debris. Over a few weeks, the skin tone changes as the treated area(s) heal. Each person's skin is unique and heals differently, but you can expect changes in 4 to 6 weeks.
How many sessions will I need?
Like you, your skin is unique. No two scars are the same and require an individualized treatment plan. We will provide an estimated timeline and what you can expect at your consultation.
What is the cost of the procedure? Will my insurance cover it?
The cost of the procedure varies and depends on the severity of the treatment area(s). The treatment cost will be determined during your consultation. Insurance does not currently cover scar and stretch mark camouflage treatments. We hope this changes in the future.
